Cooter pulls out the Buyou Boogie!!! That was a 'go to' for me about 30 years ago! Loved that bait in a bass pattern.

My Dad sit on the back of my ole Terry Bassboat and watched me catch 16 keepers one morning out of Guist while he drank coffee and smiled. He never wet a line just watched me and smiled, I was 14 at the time. I had a boat before a car, lol. The 1st time i fished a worm, i was told, when they hit it, drop your rod, push the free-spool button, and count to 10!! Now, does this give away my age???
(i also remember using the original pedigo spin-rite, fishing the jumps)
That was a great top water bait.
