    If you are planning on keeping minnows for a long time an old non working deep freeze and a aireator from wallmart.

    I just moved into a place that has a bull-nose pond in place. It has been here for about 4 yrs. It's not very big. It's Spring fed. He has placed pallets and wood in the shallows and along the banks. This support the spawning process....

    Once note....critters will be your biggest factor. Minks, snakes, turtles..ect need to be kept at bay...


    I can catch a minnow trap half full...NO BS in about 45 min. I ususally keep out a couple of dozen and pour the rest back into the pond.
