Does anybody know when Otter Creek Park is supposed to open?

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Otter Creek Park will reopen next spring. The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife will take over the park in Meade County and plan to charge a fee to get in as a way to make revenue.
The park closed last year because of the city's budget problems, but is now expected to open in May or June. About 10 cabins that have deteriorated will be destroyed and those in better shape will be renovated, but will no longer be available for public use.
And that's a **** shame! Those cabins are located in a beautiful spot, right at the "U" in the Ohio, about 200' (I'm guessing) above the river, with a great view. Oh well, I'm just REALLY glad the place is reopening.
I wonder why they're renovating a cabin that won't be made available for public use? I guess we'll find out in due time.
Good question. Maybe they'll be available for boy- or girl-scout troops or something?
This link shows you the 15 Dec 2010 KY law passed to regulate the park.
