you guys are so funny.....I never hated on anyone or the program..I only stated the way i saw the season play out for your beloved cards......If and (man it's a mighty big word)...the Big East would have had a (normal) season of winning more games..U of L would have been lucky to win 4 games this past year... But the league was so far down from normal in attaining wins...U of L was able to win 6 games during the regular season and get to a bowl game and win it..... Why do you all always say i start hating on your team...I only state the way i see what happened and how the rest of the nation who give a crap about college football see how your league performed.

Mills, do you ever go back and read some of your past post? You contradict yourself all the time. You have expressed hatred for Louisville on this board numerous times.
For the record, the Big East did pretty well in their bowl games, but I wouldn't expect you to know this.
Now on to Kragthorpe, many Louisville fans were excited about Kragthorpe when he was first hired, but that was based on his success at Tulsa, which was all we had to base it on. Most of that changed by game 2 of that season when we had to go to a shootout to beat Middle Tennessee St. Most fans gave up on him completely after game 4 of his first season after back to back losses to UK and Syracuse. The boo birds were out hot and heavy after that. Trust me, I go to every home game and hear the fans sitting around me, talking in the restrooms and in line at the concession stands about how bad he was. Jurich made a mistake when he hired Kragthorpe, but it happens.
While you can say the jury is still out on Strong as a head coach, you have to look at what he has accomplished in a short time. He took the job a month before national signing day and put together a pretty good recruiting class in a short time.
On the field, his team outperformed expectations. Nobody expected a bowl game this year. The team was picked to finish DEAD LAST in the Big East by the coaches and media, so they overachieved. He has the best recruiting class in the history of the school coming in this year. As far as academics go, I say that will not be a problem. Sure one or two out of 25 may not qualify, but that happens everywhere where big time college football is played. (Not that I would expect you to know this, because the only time IU is around big time college football is when Ohio St. or Michigan visit the dump of a stadium IU plays in). I know one thing, his all-american quarterback recruit Demarcus Smith graduated from Seneca a semester early and is currently enrolled at U of L and will be able to go through spring practice. So far none of his recruits have any grade issues.

Here's a question for ya Tim...Is D. Smith gonna sit on the sideline and wait for his turn at QB while this Tier 5 prospect from Florida play's..or even vice versa if the shoe is on the other foot.
One of them is gonna be unhappy and leave the program...Not enough playing time for two sherriff's in town you know.......

I disagree yet again. Wildcard, offense trick plays. Different down situations. Rotation changes. Petrino did it and it was a nightmare for alot of defenses. The sky is the limit for this team. Now another kid in Louisville I think from Eastern is changing his mind about UK and is leaning hard towards the Cards. Get you some serious shades to wear Mills cause that dark side of the river is fixing to get blinded by the sun coming off of the Louisville program, it's a wonderful thing, lmaooooo.

A real player embraces the competition and wants to beat the best, since both remain comitted to Louisville I suspect they are confident in their talent. Also, if I had a guess, if one beats the other out at QB one will move to WR (probably Teddy Bridgewater) or if Bridgewater wins the job then Smith will redshirt.
We have been through this before Mills when we recruited Mike Bush as a QB and also Brian Brohm. Brohm beat out Bush for the QB slot but Bush moved to RB. How did that work out for everyone?
Don't worry about U of L football Mills, your school has never played football and won't even sign a home and away with Louisville for football (yes I have the proof). I can't believe some Big 10 team would be scared, but it is Big 10 football which everyone laughs at now days anyway.
How did the Big 10 (11) champion fare in their BCS Bowl against a lowly C-USA team who is joining the Big East? Oh thats right, Wisconsin got killed by TCU.

lol...your not serious..because if your a U of L fan then you only want to root for a mediocre school and it's league their in.........
U got proof about nuttin....So what IU doesn't have the Big Power House Football Team...Basketball is coming back...All teh other sprots programs are at teh Top of their game as well...If U of L had the (Smarts) as per their students...they might just get into a more prominent Big Time League........But their academic's will never be up to par for even the Big Ten, ACC nor the SEC. to ever invite them to join........
Now take that to the bank and smoke it....cause you can't see past the (RED) of your beloved Cards...........
No need to a fan of such a lack luster program as U of L and it's so called Big East League......I'll stick to rooting for school's who have proven themselves and got teh smart kids to back up their school........
