Ohio River question

For you guys that fish the river, I got a question. Just downstream of the Falls of the Ohio is the mouth of a creek on the Indiana Side. Does anyone know the name of this creek?

I would need to check my map to be 100% certain, but i am pretty sure it is Silver Creek.

And you will need an Indiana license to fish up that creek. Last time I as there,there was a huge tree blocking access up the creek. Is that tree still there?
