They will have to stop pulling it hard when they get it down to where it is out of overflow, but then they will have to slowly draw it down, the farmers down stream need their fields and also the green and ohio are full, Nolin is way over the top right now, we wont see 'normal pool on Rough/BArren/ Nolin till mid summer, if lucky, these lake did there job, they are for flood control.
