Ohio River Creeks

Does anyone know if the ramps in the creeks on the lower end of Cannelton pool (Rocky Point, Tar Creek, etc) are froze over or not?

Are the crappie biting?

ramps should be thewed out but the creeks it's self may be froze.

Tar was frozen solid earlier this week .
