KY Boat Show?

$110.00 dollars for a 20 amp circuit to provide power for one or two pieces of equipment that draws less then 10 amps is a JOKE!

$100.00 dollars per day for internet service is a JOKE!

I'm going to the show later today and as far as that antique fishing lure guy is concerned. His booth last year was only there for people to look at his stuff, he wasn't interested in trading or selling anything...but he was very interested in buying whatever you had if it had any age to it.

Trophyfish...you should have packed you some of that Amish smoked cheese to help reduce that $400.00 dollar grocery bill.

well yall should come to the one in February at rup it will be a good show il have a booth there check me out at the voodoo plastic booth were local from nicholasville were running a show special for $3.00 a bag and boys i don't mind giving you a free pinch of dip like the good old days

I go to the Indy show just about every year and have never been sorry.Great boat show,travel pavilion is wall to wall exhibits from all over the country and a huge exhibit hall filled with fishing gear and tackle for sale.You won't be sorry for going.

Well the wife and myself and another couple ventured down for the day Saturday. 8 bucks to park ,9 bucks a head at the door.. And not squat to see that we were interested in. We were in and out in just a little over an hour.
We then managed to spend 2.5 hours at the BPS in Clarksville IN though. Buddy picked up a 788 Bird GPS on closeout, for 400.00 Had been 650.00

The Columbus Sport, Boat, and Vacation Show runs from Feb. 10-13 in Columbus, OH. It's a 3 1/2 hour drive from Lexington. They still have several lure makers and mom and pop venturs there.

Well took my 6yr old grand son and he loved the Trout tank....no charge other that the 8.00 parking (thats wack) the ticket wasnt bad 7.00 at kroger ....but we saw the KY game wardens had a hunting game and my grandson wanted to play it but some older gentlemen was playing and didn't seem to care who was waiting.....but we had an OK time....like most have said its a Boat show not a tackle swap.....lol

Keep in mind folks that you cannot blame the show for the price of parking, thank your Kentucky State fair Board for that little gem. They have been raising it almost yearly. The boat show, or any other events do not get any money from the parking.

It irks me to have the shamwows,guttercover,basement sealer/junk booths at shows,but show promoters have to fill any open space


tell me bout it got stoped a few times to nite with the gutter guys 3 times at the same both so i made him feel good and filled out his card so they can come to my house all i can say is good luck finding me and calling me lol kinda mean mabey but if i was in the gutter market then i would call them ........ to the rest of the show its a boat and rv show and thats about it got to meet joe thomas, and got some info on some lakes... they have the king of buck trailer there and that was neet ...... but it aint like it was 15 years ago when you came home with a bunch of free stuff worms, hook ect.

the boat show at rup is gonna be the same one that goes to Ohio and Indy free parkin from what i hear its 4 day event $7.00 admission kids are there should be alot of difrent local business there from what i am being told.
