What lake isn't frozen?

Anyone know what Nolin is looking like? Was thinking of heading down tomorrow for a day of fishing,of course if the lake isn't frozen over...

Rough River is frozen. Couple boats broke the ice at state ramp, little open water after no wake zone. Ice around the dam, ice at north fork and ramp is closed. Some open water, a lot of ice.
