Boat repair

My father in law is looking for somebody that works on boat motors. It has been started in a couple of years but says it ran great the last time it was on the lake. He lives in Carlisle and was wondering if anyone close by was good on working on them and reasonable in price. Thanks

There is a place called Ky Boat Shop thats in Paris. Fairly new but I had them do some work on my boat a couple weeks ago and did a great job at a good price. You can google them and should find the number....if not reply back and i'll hunt down their card.

It's a long way from Louisville and Lex but I've taken my old Johnson there a couple times. They are master Johnson technicians. Been selling and servicing Johnson/Evinrude for decades. John and his son do all the work, know all the service bulletins by memory and will adjust things you did not ask them to do to make it right. Can't go wrong. The way I figured it was, one long drive in the winter vs maybe a take back or two in prime fishing season.
