Last week (31 Jan 11) I stepped on the latch of my Tackle Box and broke it right off. It is a Flambeau Kwikdraw 8010. I thought well there goes 30 to 40dollars or more. Got home from the river and thought what the heck I will just order the latch from Flambeau. Sent them and E-mail wanting to buy the replacement latch. The next day got an e-mail back telling me they would send me a latch at no cost to me. Today (7 Feb 11) I got a package in the mail from Flambeau, opened it and sure enough, a replacement for every latch on my box, along with an extra set of latch's. 6 in all. Is this great customer service or what. I would of never expected to get my box fixed this easy and this quick. So if any body is looking to buy a new box, I would highly recommend one made by FLAMBEAU!!
