You'll like those Big Hammer baits, Bassman! I've had luck with them... I'm really interested in buying and fishing with:

    AND

    http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Spro_...age-SLJCB.html

I'm also fired up about throwing the RI Skinny Dipper more this year!

Hey Bassman! I think you and Stickem-Charlie should try a carolina-rigged jitterbug this year. Awesome bait and presentation that will be new to any bass.

Also just ordered some big hammer swimbaits and some of the new strike king series 5xds. I can't wait to sit on a hot ledge and throw these.
we slayed the bass on green meemee's on kentucky and barkley last year and should do the same this year. we were careful not to let the other fisherman see them for fear of devastation of the fishery.

I hope you guys don't make fun of me....

But this year I want to fish more with minnows. Was trying to crappie fish last year and found a spot in a creek mouth where I caught 20 keeper sized (I don't keep them) bass on 20 minnows.

I wanna try to do that again.

No these baits are pretty awesome, I've seen them in hand and the action is quite cool. It is not a casting bait so to speak you work it like a senko and it go down flat and the tail kicks. best used for flipping
