Bill,
We decide the ramps and the start time at the meeting before we randomly choose who is going to fish with who, for example this Thursday at 7pm. For example, a lot of the start time depends on when first light is usually, sometimes it changes within the week so we can't put 7am for every tournament when first light might be at 7:30 one day and 6am the next.
