is cedar creek frozen?

Is cedar still frozen from all this cold weather or is it thawed out by now? Thinking about heading over sometime this week, anyone know if their biting?

I drove over today. I just wanted to try out my boat but it was still frozen. Somebody had launched but it looked like they weren't goin g to get to far. I say in a day out two if it stays like it is it might clear up.
