    A couple of my buddy's went Friday and said the temp was around 43. They didn't get a bite all day.

    Same here, went out with some buddies yesterday, we had two boats. Nobody caught anything. Water temp was 41-43. We went into one creek and found several large schools of shad just below the surface. Tried working the edges of the schools with jerkbaits, rattle traps, etc without any luck. I did catch 3 shad though.
