Good point I bought a house boat and moved into a slip at Moor's Marina several years ago. They had a fire the year before and a lot of the boat owners told me to be sure and get salvage and enviro clean up insurance because they lost a lot of money by not having it. I called insurance company and found out they had covered this as my agent had owned a houseboat and knew I need it.
