Anyone hit Barren Today

Gonna head up tomm and run the boat a little. Curious if anyone went today and got a water temp? Figuring around 45???

I saw 52 yesterday at the state ramp,the water's a little muddy

water verry muddy temp was 44.5 to 51. depending on where you went
still verry shallow (winter pool)
my partner seems to have the crappie pretty much figured out till i spooked them off throwing bass stuff at them !!!!!
he beat me 4 to nothing

spoke wit a few boats that had a few bass on jigs n small crank baits
wont be long now the fishing is getting better by the day

I made it out today after the morning rain. Main lake temp 42d at 9am.
Temp in skaggs got to 50 but muddy. Main lake was fairly decent in the am buddy did get stained by afternoon. Creeks are stained. Managed a 4lb mud cat on a crankbait. Other than that, nothing.

Hit the Barren @10am-3:30 12 fish four keepers. Keepers came on jigs/tube. We found 48-52 depending on local. First fish of the year for me.
