As for Versus it is has the best fishing shows on television and no other network compares, certainly not ESPN.

First I wasn't comparing the Classic to an FLW tournament and I think the Super Bowl of Bass Fishing title is worn out since not all of the best anglers fish B.A.S.S. any longer.

Secondly you have no clue what the production crews have to fight with to get a decent show together. Also, ESPN has nothing to do with it anymore, it is strictly on the new owners of B.A.S.S This is not making excuses, these are FACTS, go backstage at a Classic once, or get out on the water with one of the anglers once and see what happens in the Delta. If you can't or won't try and do either of these things than at least read the book "Bass Madness" by Ken Schultz and you will see why telvising fishing live is not feasible.
