I agree to a point, BUT, why would anyone want one?They are not considered vintage.As for government retrictions, let everyone who wqants a fire arm have it, period!Felons would be covered under the existing law.Heck if you wanted it, even a tank, [you furnish crew].

^ weapons that may have been used in battle are usually eaten up by collectors.
I got a coulple antique battle rifles on the wall in my man cave, just really cool conversation pieces. Ya know the rifles probably killed and who knows how many times the owner of rifle was killed and rifle switched hands.
