Kentucky Lake - Fenton/Kenlake Area

Is the Blood River area in Tennesse. I can't seem to locate it, but I only have the top 1/2 map of the lake. I am thinking this is why I can't locate it. I have heard many good things about the area.

Blood River is in Kentucky just north of the Tennessee border. It is on the west side of the lake south of Ken Lake.
