Guist creek????

Just wondering about the conditions at guist creek. Water temp? How muddy?

Went there today. Didn't catch jack crap but the lake looked pretty good.

Most of the debris was right in front of the marina but it was minimal. There was someone's private dock and one log plus a few plastic bottles there. The rest of the lake was good.

Most of the water was brownish but not what I would consider muddy. Up the creek at about the 90 degree turn, the water was clean.

The temp for most of the lake was 46. It dropped to 44 up the creek. In one cove it hit 47.4.

Thanks for the info. I went for a couple hours today myself found same conditions in the areas I fished around the dam. Didn't catch anything. Did get one bite caught me off guard. Set the hook and my line came in without my creature bait.

I think its still about 2 weeks too early.
