Did you guys read about this? I just did yesterday. It's no reflection on Alabama, of course, just an example of how bizarre some people's thinking is that this guy thinks this is okay, and he even bragged about it. And he's a retired state trooper to boot! The response from both sides is nice, very classy, but overall the whole thing is just kinda sad.
