    Dix River

Has anyone been out to the Dix lately? What's the water like after all this rain?

I'm finding it difficult to get levels and flow through Herrington lake. Most all lakes are reported on by the ACE. I guess Herrington is opperated by KU so they don't report level/flow from Herrington. I would suspect Dix is very high below the lake. The Kentucky river is way up and muddy.

I think KU is probably generating electric with all this surplus water and I think they also try to keep the lake from full capacity.

The Kentucky river is falling and should be fishable late next week (Knocking on wood these rains coming are modest).
