By the way they have designed their "KY Lake Special" for stroking jigs/spoons I have yet to try but will be here shortly. I have asked him a time or two to make a split grip but have yet to see one, he does use quality cork for the handles but I am looking into getting some split grips for a couple rods to lighten it up a bit. Great rod $50 no questions asked warranty over the counter.
Thanks for the info. Have you tried any of his crankin rods? Im looking at getting a new cranking rod as well. They didnt have one at Dixie Marine when I was there and was wondering if you have used one or held one. Thanks
