Ohio River is on the rise, and messing things up. Supposed to be about 7' over flood stage in Louisville by Sunday...hasn't been this high since 2005.

With the Ohio up, KY and Barkley Dam can't really release much, so it's on the rise as well.

Water water everywhere!
