Rough river

Just wondering if anybody has been out to rough? I bet it's muddy and tons of trash on the water. If you can spare some info would be gratefull. trying to get out there on Sunday. Thanks in advance for the info.

the best bait to use are walnuts , the squirells love them .

I was down earlier in the week. The water is pretty stained, not that much trash though (on the north fork anyway.) I'm disappointed that water came up so quickly, I was having a lot of fun catching crappie.

I went to rough wednesday and road around to most all the boat ramps and it was a rolling mud hole with lots of junk floating in it even the water at the dam was stained to light mud color . My advice would be to save you're lower unit and gas money for better fishing days to come.
