Not bad that year, I finished tied for 13th in the World in the CBS Sportline.com Bracket...1 win from winning 25,000 bucks... I had Indiana playing against Maryland and losing. They had a great season that year, especially knocking Duke out after coming back from like 18 points down in the 2nd half. Remember this was Knight's Team that he had to leave since Indiana Fired him prior to the start of the season.
But we'll get back to the Dance again in due time...
But come on, i"m rooting for the Cats to win, but not to hard, since Butler is still in it.
Gonna be amazing if Ky wins the championship in 1A, Bellermine won in 2A and Pikeville won in 3A...Bet that would be a first for a State to have all 3 NCAA Basketball Champs in one year...Woooooot

If Bobby would have been coaching that team they wouldn't have made it out of the first round. Remember he was losing in the fiorst round a lot then, which is the real reason he got fired. Not bad that year, I finished tied for 13th in the World in the CBS Sportline.com Bracket...1 win from winning 25,000 bucks... Pikeville won the NAIA title not not NCAA D-3.
Congrats to Scott!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to say that things sure haven't shook out in the tourney the last two years like
many thought. If you look at the standings back to 2009 when we started the challenge you'll see that it took 47 points to win it and last place (elnutsmalljaws) had 40, compared to the 38,39 points that has won it the last two years.
I see it as there just haven't been that many great teams the last two years and the Mid majors have caught up with good not great players that have stuck around and have experience.
Now if some of these guys come back next year: Sullinger OHST, Barnes, Henson UNC, Knight, Jones, Lamb KY, Irving DUKE, Morris Twins KU............... and you look at who schools have coming in next year then you could have a tourney for the ages.
Oh yeah elnutsmalljaws you did pick Pitt to win it all in the 2009 challenge and not KY, just sayin.
Congrats Scott! That's a good job for sure.Congrats to Scott!!!!!!!!!!!

Now Pontooner...are you sure that the "UK smack talking King" didn't pick his beloved Wildcats back then?? Shirley you are mistaken.![]()
Nice!
I pick UConn to win it all!
UConn beat my beloved Cardinals for the Big East championship and showed a lot of heart in the process. Since Louisville had their hiccup in the first round and are out, I say UConn will win it all! Git'r done Jim Calhoun!![]()
So what you are saying is that Tim_T holds the all time scoring record in the fishin.com bracket challenge? Nice....Congrats to Scott!!!!!!!!!!!
