What are the conditions on Monroe? What ramps are open? Anybody catching any bass? Thanks for the info.

9 ft. high and cold water.....mid 40's. I'm sure the slow side is still muddy, the fast is stained....closer to the dam the clearer it gets. Later this week and into next it is supposed to warm up and fishing should get better. I haven't fished it.....just seen it....but cold and muddy water = tough fishing. Let me know how you do if you go, I plan on hitting it for the first time two weeks from now.
