I fished Patoka for several yrs without haulin in a keeper till this past fall. I'm a testament to never giving up. =)))))

It takes persistance at Patoka - the fish have been schooled by getting pounded weekly by tourneys & other fishermen since the shad bomb hit!!!

BUT IT AIN'T EASY!

You've got to put the time in - then you have to get lucky...

it varies a couple either way, but 50 is about average. caught 1 on a stupid cast as soon as it hit the water. oh ,and 1 crappie.
