Everyone that signed the petition voted for continuing our national debt. We'll see what happens in a few years when our debt affects our ability to maintain our reservoirs and native species. I'm sure 98 percent of the bass fisherman on this site will love that.

Why don't you read the bill and educate yourself. They are not cutting the spending, they are taking the hatchery money and spending it on something that has zero economic impact. This is not abou spending cuts. What will they do with the money from the Excise tax that is appropriated through Pittman-Robertson and Wallop-Breaux?

Nobody that signed this is for continuing national debt and for you to think so is beyond ridiculous. It is a vote to keep things that are econimcally feasible and cutting other areas, where it is less econimc impact. We like to call it the common sense approach.
