I don't believe it either.
i dont beleive until i see but i wouldnt dobt anyone. i was told by a game warden several years ago that a state record would be possible from Malone but im a non believer as of now.
can you upload any pics of this beast ?
Let me get my hip waders on its getting deep on here.My wife caught one at Malone this last Saturday, 14lb 1 oz, no it wont go down as a record because one would have to let it die; she got 4 photos with it, measured it, 30 3/4" long, and weighed it, then she released it. She doesn't care about being recognized for a record, she cares that it goes back to the lake and lays some eggs. Why not let such a magnificient fish survive?
No biggie.......I believe him...........
Hell, I caught a 11lb smallmouth from floyds fork last weekend in the floodwater.
that momma took a double bladed, carolina rigged, hot pink and chartreuse buzzbait......BURNING it.....
I don't have pics or a decent measurement, but I will tell you this....It took a whole loaf of frenchbread, split lengthwise to get her on a sandwich.......
I used the ROE with mayonaise as a nice dressing............mm good.
