At least, in Kentucky, it takes a team from Kentucky to beat a team from Kentucky (provided Louisville is considered a part of Kentucky, I for one am asking for a DNA test because there is no way that a certain Full Blooded Kentucky Basketball team from Louisville Kentucky would should could ever lose to a certain Basketball team from Morehead Kentucky - The way they play basketball for the majority of Indiana and the close proximity to Indiana from Louisville.
