Been looking at these but not exactly sure how they work or how to work them. Kinda thinking that they may be about the same as a chatter bait. Any help woud welcomed
Aaron Martens invented this bait and sold the rights off to a company in Indiana ( I believe) a couple of years ago. You put a Fluke or soft plastic minnow bait on them and they are a combination crankbait/chatter bait type lure and work best when fish are focusing on shad. I like them better in the fall than any other time of year but will catch fish at all times. They are in different weights, I typically use 1/4 oz for when fishing shallow but have used the 1/2 oz version with Super Flukes on them to target deeper fish on humps and ledges in the summer.
