It looks like the road and ramp have been cleaned, at least what is exposed. Cannot say what underwater looks like. I have not actually been on the ramp, but check it out every day when I cross the I-64 bridge. Lots of current still present so be careful if you go.

They've cleared the ramp looks like you're good to go but like he said the river is still rolling . . . good luck!
