Kentucky sets a new record by beating a #1 seed by 24 points which is currently held by Ohio State, which lost by 17 to St. Johns in 1991. Down goes that record and Ohio State will have the 2 worst losses by a #1 seed, 24 and 17 points.

I have officially found a man that has 2 favorite teams, Louisville and anybody playing Kentucky. It was just the other day that you put on your Duke shorts and now you root for Ohio State. Well boys it is about 10 minutes before tipoff and it has been a good run ... FOR THE OHIO STATE BUCKEYES!!!! Big 3 plus 7 or Big 1 plus 9, it don't matter. Onward marches the Big Blue to Sunday when they get a little revenge against that "Other" team that wears Blue and White, but theirs is Powder Puff Blue not the real WILDCAT BLUE. The Big 10 Ohio State Buckeyes better win this game because there are a few Hoosier fans here that have been saying all year long at what a powerful conference they are, that they are the best or 2nd best conference in america (if the conference did not have to try and hold up DEAD WEIGHT, aka Indiana Hoosiers), they would have been head and shoulders the best conference in america. It would be a shame if UCONN was the only team left representing the Big 10 and Big East after tonight while the dreadful SEC put 2 in the Elite 8. Pressure is on the Buckeyes.

Ohio State vs KY hopefully will be a much better game that NC vs Richmond or the other Kansas game that just finished. Those games were lousy to watch.
Anyone else noticed that there seems to be more Commercial than basketball game? I missed half the game by flipping the channels during all the commercial interruptions.
VCU is the Cinderella team to watch.

Yes it is true, I make no secret about it. I hate KY Wildcats. I love the Cards and I cheer for anyone playing KY. KY fans have driven me to my limits over the years so I decided long ago it is easier to cheer against them then to see them win. Sorry but that's the way it goes. As for Duke, how can you not be a fan. TYhey do it with class and with style. Coach K is an awesome coach. My wifes family are diehard UK fans and my wife used to be, BUT we have been together 17 years and after that many years of me cheering for every other team and us having season tickets to basketball and football I have made her see the light. All in good fun but UK fans in general are just over the top. They act like no other team should even score against them, I mean comon man history is just that, pllayers today haven't done anything to make them better than anyone else. Go Buckeyes!!

That is me, I am suprised that the Buckeyes have scored even 20 points the first 12 minutes of the game. But, the Big Blue has won the first 12 minutes of the game 21-20. Now just play even the last 28 minutes and on to the Elite 8

Who would have thought that a Sweet 16 Basketball game would turn out to be a Josh Harrelson tryout to be a Major League Pitcher and Jarod Sullinger a tryout for a Major League Catcher? I always knew Harrelson had no shot at the NBA but somebody tell him Major League is having their training camps right now.
