    i think he was there because P DIDDY wasnt available. How long has Wes been involved in the hip hop industryto get one of the most if not the most well known names in rap to visit itty bitty KENTUCKY. now that i think about it, it could have been Wes that taught john wall how to dance and made Lebron go to a game at RUPP just to be the Y. im sure if Rick asked some famous hip hop artist to pay his team a visit, Vanilla Ice would be more than happy to accept. im just kidding,but i just dont understand how you could say "just asking a question nothing more nothing less" and throw World Wide Wes out as your answer to something that really doesnt matter.

    Calipari probably has 50 other "World Wide Wesleys" that we don't even know about.

    As for Jay Z, they were in Newark, he's a basketball fan, he was at the game...probably would have made an appearance in the locker room of whatever team won it. UK didn't request it, and Jay Z has an excuse for being there...he's part owner of the Nets. Cal used to coach the Nets. I'm sure they've heard of each other. Again, the dude is connected. Celebs in locker rooms is nothing new really. I think there is a picture of Jay Z wearing a Kentucky jersey last year somewhere too.

    The Nets dealt away all of their draft picks for the next 2 years, so it's not like he was there casing draft picks. Even still, I could see Jay Z having to pay the NBA a chicken-change fine for "inappropriate contact with prospects." But, that's all. It's a non-story that a bunch of media people and haters want to desperately make a story.

    We're running an NBA-Prep-League down here anyway...

    He is going to recieve a fine by the NBA according to reports with his money who cares. The University is in no way at fault and there are no issues there.

    Lil Skeeter if you don't believe all this glad handing and butt slapping being done by celebs isn't part of the big plan you are nieve as hell.

    Prep league is exactly right and if you can get Lebron on the phone to talk to a recruit and sway him to UK go for it, it's working. And yes do some homework WWWes is connected to ALL these type people, he's the richest guy in the frickin country that doesn't have a REAL job, lol.

    He was trying to get Josh Harrelson to be his opening act. I see it now the Jay and Jorts tour coming to your town soon. Jorts can open the show by bustin a move on Beyonce then Jay Z can close the deal. The JJ tour DYNOMITE!!!!!!!

    my whole reply was a joke. my question about why you would ask a question and answer it yourself after it was clear that nobody was going to answer it seriously wasnt. i get that Cal is the devil and all the other BS that he is labeled, but if there was something to be hid, do you think he or any coach for that matter would do it in front of the cameras for the whole freakin world to see? i might be a little nieve, but not so much that i didnt buy the "just askin nothing more or less" in the start of this thread as being just a question.
