If you want to throw that spook at night for stripers I would suggest just slow waking it (like you would a red fin) with a twitch every so often. Once it gets 5-10 feet off the bank, slowly start walking it.

take the bomber magnum with a black or green back, and if they are hitting anything on topwater. it will do the trick. and take the black back sliver bait. the one about 8" long and if they are not taking the topwater bait. use the sliver crank it slow were it runs just under the surface and get your limit and your frends limit, if you have one with you. these are the only two baits I use for striper at night when the shad are doing their thing. and fish them as close to the rock bluff walls as you can. cast and bring them back in line with the rock walls. hope this helps you.![]()
