    Kentucky / Uconn

The Cats go 4-12 from the free throw line. UCONN goes 9-11 from the free throw line. GAME OVER.

Brandon Knight, as great as he has been all year long, got caught up in the moment and tried to do way too much, rushed way too many shots but no way is UK in the game without him all year long.

Doron Lamb could not miss a 3 pointer for a few minutes and then for whatever reason did not get the ball several times down court.

Terrence Jones had 11 points and 15 boards but 0-5 at the free throw line really hurt, especially a couple were the front end of 1-1's

Josh Harrelson getting only 4 rebounds the whole game and him getting key offensive rebound put backs like he has all year long was missed.

In all, a GREAT season for the Big Blue. Achieved more this year than last year and who would have thought that. I think Jones is gone pro, Knight is 50-50, and a great recruiting class coming in. I guess it all starts over in October.

4-12 from the Charity Stripe aint bringing home any hardware. The two teams really played fairly even otherwise, but this was the difference.

The Cats well exceeded my expectations for the year. This is a team that lost some miserable games on the road in the SEC...was even mildly considered "on the bubble" at one point if they didn't win some gotta-have games...so all in all, I think Calipari did a fine coaching job this year. We got tight and anxious in the Final Four and weren't making shots that had been going down for us over the last 10 games.

Great run. Great season. Disappointed at not bringing home #8 from Houston, but that's the way the ball tipped.

I hope Butler finds a way against the Kemba show.

Free throws isnt entirely what killed us. The Field-Goal percentage was just as awful. Our usage of the 3-pt shot is the only thing that kept us close at all.
