The law requires that if there is loss or damage to property (including the vessel) in an amount of $500 or more the operator of the vessel is required to complete a Boating Accident Report. You can find this form in the KY Fishing and Boating Guide.
I couldn't find it but I also thought it was a law that if a boater sees another boater in distress that a boater is required to give aid.
