Don, Lil Ricky actually coached here under his Dad first then went to Fla to mentor under Billy. The idea was he could be more rounded and broaden his abilities under two proven successful coaches. Also Donovan wanted him as an assistant and has been very pleased with his work and ability to coach the players.Originally Posted by DJD
