    Favorite Recipes

Hey guys, i love to fish. I will fish for anything, it doesn't matter. That being said, i also fillet almost all my fish if big enough. So out of curiosity, what are YOUR favorite recipes? What fish do you like best? I would share my favorites, but i have yet to have any since i just started filleting last year.

Panko breadcrumbs, egg and flour. Like saltwater fish the best but landlocked Striper, Crappie and Bream are very good.
