I am from Kentucky and might have the opportunity to fish the Alabama river from Montgomery, AL toward the end of May. Approximately the tail end of the third week of May. Just curious as to what the fishing is like in this area of the river? Is there some good bass fishing there or do you need to run up toward Lake Jordan in the Coosa? Are the bass pretty easy to target this time of year or will it be fairly tough? Any information on how they can be caught and what to expect there this time of year would be appreciated. Thanks!
