Anyone fishing CR

I normally stay away from the CR when flow is above 20'000 cfs. Been taking a camping trip down there for the past 7 or so years. Never fished at the dam always from Kendal ramp down. This year will fish at dam. Anyone been hitting it up from boat? Hard to get a bait down at 27'000cfs.
