X2.....X10...yes a scam! You see a lot of those associated with car sales, when they SAY THEY WILL SHIP/ARRANGE SHIPMENT!!....Would not touch them with a 10 foot ........
thats a deal of a life time, it's most likely a scam. but if you want the boat, email the person and ask for directions to were the boat is. that you will buy it and pick it up there. if he gives you directions, he will give you his address, and ask for his phone # so when you get close you can call him. it may not be a scam, it would be a shame to miss such a deal. it's the same boat that I have, mine came with a 60 hp on it. and it would take 200 yards to get the boat up on plane. I replaced the 60 with a 90 and it's a good little rig now. I told you this to let you know, if you buy it. the 50 hp on that boat is useless. good luck.
As everyone stated...its a scam big time. I almost fell victim to a similar craigslist scam when I was looking to purchase my first boat. I knew the deal was to good to be true, I just didn't want to believe it...I was too excited about the boat. Good thing that I listened to my inner voice and backed off it, it was later posted on CL as a scam.

And when they say is is secure through eBay and waiting at the shipping yard. Well if its secure through eBay it would be on eBay haha, another good one is when it's a woman saying I got it in the divorce and have no use for it!!!! Mark them as scams
The quickest way to find out is to tell them that you only deal in cash and you want to meet face to face for the deal
