I HEAR ya...........

All of my trips are over planned now, and I try to get at least 1 other partner to fish with......sometimes 2. And all the guys know it costs money to run a boat/fish/etc, etc. We generally split 3 ways.....all expenses, and go from there.

A 4 day trip to KY Lake This past week, including all my meals, hotel, trip fuel, and boat fuel, I spent about 200 bucks total.......NOT BAD.

100 Dollars in my truck for a Cumberland trip won't touch it, more like 130 in the truck not counting my gas pig outboard. There wil be alot less fishing for me this year.

Can't blame this one on the Saudis. The reason gas prices are so high is because of oil futures. Wall Street speculators are banking on a crisis in the Mideast. The amount of oil on the market has actually increased lately.
