Drove down to Rough this morning. Water and fish were going down the spillway. The COE also was releasing water out of the bottom of the dam. All ramps are well covered with no parking space available. Water was up to the bottom of bridges at North Fork and Peter Cave! Also, drove over to Nolin. Water is on the parking lots at all rampsites and camp sites are flooded. Water was up to the bathrooms at the Wax ramp, Iberia and Dog creek road gates were closed and locked. Nolin has about 20 feet before it goes to over the spillway, if it gets that high, people south of Elizabethtown close to Nolin River would probably need a boat to get around. Given all the flooding on the Ohio River, the Green River basin at flooded capacity it is going to be a long while before these lakes come down to summer pool.
