KDFW and Louisville Bats????

Having worked in sports and promotions previously I would like to bet that the suite is part of the package aimed at profitable businesses. When KDFW came along and asked for a sponsorship package in their budget this is probably what the Bats already had going. Agreed, they could have rejigged a deal without a suite but I can't see the big deal about it unless it is obviously misused as some kind of kickback or worse.

Hope they consider supporting the other MLB farm team in the commonwealth too!

I would be upset if our wildlife was mismanaged or they were inas big a budget crisis ad the rest of the government. But the fact is, KDFWR is top notch and I am happy with the job they are doing, douse this is a way to say thank you to game wardens who go above and beyond at their job, or to give back to those who pay for their licenses every year.

The Bats gave KDFWR a great deal. The cheapest suites are $800 a night. Add in 120 tickets and all the promos and I'd say KDFWR got a lot of bang for the their buck.

Bingo. I doubt seriously that the Bats would even change the package. They probably have package levels and the next one down might only be a sign deal. The Bats aren't going to set up a bunch of different sponsors with a bunch of different levels. If you really want to be seen there, you probably have to go with a package that included the suite. Remember, the Bats are wanting to get sponsors AND move seats. This kills two birds..
