I'm dying to fish is their any place to put a boat in at rough, nolin, green, or taylorsville. I'm in dire need to get a line wet.

At Green Lone Valley ramp might still be open....Emerald Isle ramp stayed open all through the high water last year but they charged like 3 bucks to launch...I'm gonna get out there this weekend and I'll let ya know which ramp is open
