Well here we go again with another three inches of rain coming maybe more. I think it's safe to say the weather has pretty much destroyed most of the good spring fishing this year.
I'm ready to just give up, maybe fall will be better, will the lakes EVER be right again...
Try something different, the catfish are biting, straightline, nightcrawlers, a few hours to kill...
not on Green River, Saturday it took 27+lbs to win a 6 fish limit tournament!!

I agree with Donger, get back to your roots and do what those of us without access to boats do .... bank fish! Crappie, catfish, even some small bass are available from there!

I have a few small lakes and ponds I hit with good success. Problem is they are all blowed out to. We have had over 11 inches of rain here in my area over the last two weeks and I'm probably selling it short some.
