Rough River Dam Tours?

I heard from somewhere that the core of engineers give tours down into those concrete buildings in the water that let the water out of the lake. Just wondering if they still do? Thanks Jordan

Yes they did give tours. I went on one when I was a kid back in the '70's. I could not say if they are still doing that though.
